The auctioneer enters date, venue and brochures, picks the photo folder and the system generates the auction website, grouped by category, ready to publish.

A simple panel on the auctioneer's computer replaces the manual work of each auction: photo subfolders become categories and the auctioneer chooses which photos to publish.
Upcoming auctions are loaded in advance and go live automatically on the set date; past ones remain in an archive.
